Ptarmigans at Cairngorms National Park
I've just returned from a trip to Scotland. Early on in the trip the weather was perfect - cold and crisp underfoot. I managed to add a few more images of Ptarmigan at Cairngorms National Park. The perfect weather only lasted a couple of days, but even so I had a good time in one of my favourite places.

Looks a great place to visit Carl, too much walking for me though! That last but one shot of the male is brilliant! Hows the new 7D mk2 performing?

ReplyDeleteThe 7D mk2 is going really well, focus speed is excellent. I had a few problems with memory cards stopping working, which I've never had before. The problem is on specific cards, so I now know no to use those cards. The cards are the same ones I use in the7D, so perhaps despite reformatting them in the mk2 there is some sort of conflict. I will order a new card and check again. Luckily three 32gb cards worked perfectly.
Looks beautiful Carl and those Ptarmigan pics are superb.
