The main aim of this blog is to allow me to share my wildlife and adventure photographs with like minded individuals. As well as birding and wildlife photography,
I also enjoy mountain walking especially in winter, so expect some ramblings.

Ptarmigans at Cairngorms National Park
I've just returned from a trip to Scotland. Early on in the trip the weather was perfect - cold and crisp underfoot. I managed to add a few more images of Ptarmigan at Cairngorms National Park. The perfect weather only lasted a couple of days, but even so I had a good time in one of my favourite places.
The 7D mk2 is going really well, focus speed is excellent. I had a few problems with memory cards stopping working, which I've never had before. The problem is on specific cards, so I now know no to use those cards. The cards are the same ones I use in the7D, so perhaps despite reformatting them in the mk2 there is some sort of conflict. I will order a new card and check again. Luckily three 32gb cards worked perfectly.
Looks a great place to visit Carl, too much walking for me though! That last but one shot of the male is brilliant! Hows the new 7D mk2 performing?
ReplyDeleteCheers Paul.
